Theory and evidence-based driven, we support entrepreneurs, managers and their teams in developing their own leadership and team competence. Specialized in change processes, we work with coaching and implementation support – always with the goal in mind. As a sparring partner, we focus on a strengths- and resource-oriented approach. We define the stages of change and achieve visible changes quickly – with satisfied employees.

In addition, we conduct studies and appraisals on the topics of change management, leadership behavior and HR work. In the practical transfer we work closely with the respective HR functions.

Profile & Contact

Frank Lattuch is an expert in change management and advises family businesses in particular on change processes and issues of sustainable talent management. As a coach and sparring partner, he provides individual support to managers and employees.

He began his career at KPMG as a management consultant for international clients on topics such as post-merger integration and organizational redevelopment. In 2015, he was appointed professor of management at Münster University of Applied Sciences. His areas of expertise are Strategy & Business Development, Human Resources & Leadership, and Family Business Research.

Frank Lattuch received his doctorate in Melbourne on innovation management in medium-sized family businesses and previously completed his business studies at the WWU Münster. He is a certified coach (International Society of Coaching Psychology).
